Uptown Dermatology @ Washington Heights

My experience at Uptown Dermatology is always a pleasant one. The office is always clean, comfortable and the staff are always nice and helpful. My PA takes the time to address all of my concerns and questions and before I leave my medications are sent to the pharmacy. The office works with a pharmacy that conveniently delivers my prescriptions which is amazing. I would definitely recommend the practice!

If I could leave a double zero I would. I never had the opportunity to see the doctor because Chelsea the Manager insisted I had to provide her with insurance card. meanwhile, when I booked appt I was asked if I had the same insurance. She then had this dirty iPad that you log into and then I still could not get seen and found out that I WAS BILlLED. You are a theft and the Doctor had to hear you arguing with me and never came out. I will stick to Harlem location. Wasted my time and money.
