Reception ladies were very welcoming and helpful when asked if this clinic would take my insurance. I was seen right on time for my appointment. The lady who took my X-rays was also very nice. Hygienist did a great job with my cleaning even though my teeth weren’t in the best condition. Dr. Patel was so helpful and professional when talking to me about my dental issues and how to improve my dental health. A very pleasant experience overall. I would 100 recommend this clinic.

It took me years to find a good dentist, and I was super happy to find this location. After a year of going to this doctor, I got a call the day before my next appointment to say they had canceled it because they didn't take my "new" insurance, and started citing wildly incorrect data and copay info. The only thing that changed about my insurance (due to a mix-up of taxes) is that I now pay a cripeling amount for the same thing, but it's the exact same company and the same details. My insurance confirmed this doctor was still in-network, and they even called the office to resolve the issue and determine the cause of the incorrect information. Back in Oct 2023 I had a lot of discomfort in my upper right gum. I called several dentists and no one had an appointment available. And luckily for me, I called Dr Patel's office, the girl who answered the phone, very kind by the way, informed me that they had 1 appointment available for 3pm same day. I told her perfect, can you please take me name. I arrived at the office super nervous, they recommended an x-ray and the doctor immediately came in and told me what was happening to me. The next week he did a deep cleaning (right side) and then 2 weeks later the other side (left). Today 4/18/24 I have visited the Dr Patel's office 5 times with cleaning every 3 months. Honestly, everyone at this dental office was so welcoming, I just went for my first visit as a new patient. I feel like everyone I interfaced with treated me as they would their friend. Overall: really great vibe, everyone is super kind and no nonsense. I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork & I was not there that early so I expected my appointment to be cancelled or to get an earful about how I was late — neither of those things happened & rather I was calmly welcomed into the office. The office is a no frills, standard office - but they are so efficient I didn’t even need any frills to distract me before I was back out the door! My appointment and cleaning were quick and efficient - no time wasted. Dr. Patel answered all of my questions and gave recommendation
