I couldn't wait to get home to make this review. The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!. Dr. Aharonov is an AWESOME doctor and made my family and I feel comforted and he went above and beyond to take excellent care of my daughter. He was so patient and kind. And very knowledgeable. The R.N. Nick was kind and awesome as well. He was so patient as well. The R.N. Georgia at the front made us feel so comforted and she's an absolute sweetheart. An amazing soul. I didn't get the young lady's name who walked us to our room but she was very kind, sweet and comforting as well. URMC definitely has an amazing team. Thank y'all so much for all you do.🥰

I just spent 10 days in this hospital and literally every nurse, Dr and tech I came I'm contact were the nicest people I met in my life. Even the house keepers and cafeteria people that came up were extra nice. I went in for 3 abscess I had in my leg/side and they took it very seriously and made sure I had the treatments/surgeries I needed. No other hospital I have went to over several years even attempted to help but this one went in and cut it out and give me a wound vac and antibiotics. I have been to plenty of hospitals in my life and this one is by far the best yet. This will be the hospital I go to for anything from now on. I cannot express how much I appreciate the WHOLE staff at this hospital, they were all just so nice and knew what they were doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I just went last night for a migraine that had been going on for 8 days at that point. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful and kind. You could tell that they really cared. My nurse was awesome. I can't remember his name probably because of my head being scrambled from the migraine; but he was attentive, kind, personable and if I needed something- he made it happen in a reasonable time even though he was extremely busy. I ended up having a very unpleasant and scary side effect to a medication while I was there and they where able to figure out which one it was, tell me and give me medication to counteract the side effect. They noted it in my chart as well. I really appreciate that even more so, because a previous hospital I went to when I lived in a different state would kind of

I am from a neighboring county. Back in the day, this hospital was known for being terrible. No one wanted the ambulance to take you to Thomaston. Wow!! What a difference! 2/22/26, We walked into the ER on a Sunday morning. My husband was seen right away. The staff was VERY friendly & thorough. The nurse staff on the floor was not as good as ER, but they could be somewhat friendly. The same as on most experiences we’ve had…they are kindly talking and laughing at night. We are at the far end of the hall from the nurses station, but some of them gathered at our door (room321) last night & had a “party”!!

The evening shift emergency room was well prepared and met us at the door. All nurses including Clinton worked quietly and effectively. Dr. Michael Raphael did a great job with sutures and quickly calmed my son Will down . I would recommend him to everyone for the attention he gave my son .
