Kristance at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and always so helpful. It is refreshing to get such great treatment when you are not feeling well. Thank you so much. Keep up the fantastic work.

I don’t usually go to the Family medical center for anything too serious but today was an exception. I was in so much pain and discomfort. I had to take my 5 year old twins with me and I never take them to the doctor with me. From the minute we got there until we left it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The nurse who checked me in was super sweet & patient. The woman who took my blood was an angel! Thank you to Blake the X-ray technician for his patience and communication. I didn’t catch the name of the sweet woman who sat with my girls while I had my X-ray done but she was fantastic! I am truly thankful to each person because pain is not my strong suit and having to bring my kids with me also made me somewhat anxious. I also never felt rushed even as we were the last ones there. This am I went to Upson Regional Medical Northside and could not have had a better experience. The girls at the front desk could not have done a better job. I only waited a few minutes for me to be called for the weight and blood pressure check then only a few minutes for the doctor. He was very accommodating and professional. Later that day they called me to say I could pick up a paper I requested. I give them a FIVE STAR RATING!

Absolutely horrible experience. I had a confirmed case of strep from another doctor, but the antibiotics I was given were not helping after several days, so came here to get a stronger prescription. After waiting for an hour or so, with only one other person in the lobby, they finally called me back. I told them that I had strep, and just needed a stronger antibiotic. They proceeded to do flu and CODIV tests (had no symptoms of either). After waiting another hour in the exam room, they came back and said the tests were inconclusive and they would have to redo them (My guess is they lost or forgot to run them). I told them I did not need the test anyway, so they let me go with the prescription I originally asked for. On my way out I stopped by the desk to ask what was due and pay. The wo

Although the wait time was a little long my care was top notched. All the personal were very pleasant and treated me perfect. Miss Suzanne has been my go person for several years and the level of service is always the best. She steered me in the direction of the Atlanta Heart Associates a couple of years ago and they found a blockage in why we call the widow maker. She saved my life. So with all that said the wait time is meaningless. 5 stars all the way.
