Gabe is the best. I’ve worked with him for hamstring and neck issues several times over the last couple years. He’s always so helpful and personable. The gym is well equipped. Everyone is very friendly. I definitely recommend Upright Athlete!

Dr. Kevin Speer diagnosed me with adhesive capsulitis/frozen shoulder and suggested I see a physical therapist. Thankfully, Dr. Gabe Dimock specializes in shoulder care. He helped me so much that Dr. Kevin Speer was surprised at my progress when I followed up with him! Needless to say, I highly recommend working with Dr. Gabe Dimock for shoulder pain! I’m sure he can help with many other PT issues- and he’s so pleasant to work with!

I had such a great experience with Upright Athlete for PT! I worked with Gabe for several months on SI joint pain that i believe I’d gotten from improper form while weight training. Not only did Gabe show me exercises that helped me feel better but he was so helpful with showing me proper form on the moves that had caused my pain in the first place. He was also super helpful with overall fitness questions. I highly recommend this business! I hope to stay pain-free but if I don’t I will definitely be back.

10/10 highly recommend! I started PT at Upright Athlete after a major hip reconstruction surgery. I could barely walk, let alone run. With the help of Gabe, and then Dillon, I was able to backpack Yellowstone National Park 6 months after surgery. Now, one year later, I’m running 2 miles a day. I feel like I have my life back, pain-free with full mobility! I couldn’t have recovered so quickly and comprehensively without the highly skilled support provided to me at Upright Athlete.
