I had an urgent concern about the delivery of my medication because *I* was mistaken about today’s date, thinking the delivery was today instead of tomorrow. Aileen, the person who responded to my call could not have been nicer or more patient. And despite my anxiety she was able to figure out my mistake quickly, always treating me kindly and politely. She really deserves these 5 Stars and MORE, if they were available! Thanks for hiring such good people.

This pharmacy sells supplements that expired over a year ago. Staff does not seem surprised or was apologetic when I brought this to their attention. Purchased in January 2026, product expired in October 2024 per photo.

Great service! Great delivery service! Got delivered meds on time & they came to Long Island City Queens and whole time they text update you very often throughout whole process from prescription receipt to fill to delivery with clear messages and/or instructions to fill out address info, signatures etc. Excellent driver, he sent updates, few proof pictures along the way and he was very kind! And tipped my driver cuz service is excellent & they save you so much time not having to deal with the hassle of pick up! Will def use this place again & will recommend for sure.

Wow! What a great experience! When I contacted the pharmacy, the phone was answered right away and the order was placed quickly and professionally. I was contacted when the order was placed, filled and again when it was sent out for delivery. The order was delivered during the time frame stated. I was contacted as a reminder and again I was updated with a new estimated time shortly before delivery. The contact had a driver tracker link and I was able to meet the driver at the exact time stated. What a great pharmacy!! Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy! I highly recommend you! My new favorite pharmacy. My online pharmacy did not have my prescription so my doctor recommended Upper East Apothecary. My prescription was in stock. Fast, courteous service. Hopefully will not need many more prescriptions but this is now my go-to place.
