I’m not one for leaving reviews but I have to say I was blown away by exceptional service and expertise of the staff and management! I had not seen a dentist in a long time and after calling several offices who wouldn’t see me for several months Upper Deerfield Dental was able to fit me into what seemed to be a pretty tight schedule, and I can see why. My procedure was quick and painless. The doctor was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. The manager was SUPER helpful explaining all of my insurance benefits and how that all works which was never done for me before, so that was cool. I absolutely recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new dentist in the area!

I have difficulty with going to the dentist so when I called I was nervous but in need of an emergency visit. Breanna was so kind on the phone and was able to fit me in same day. The nurse and Dr C were so kind and helped to calm my anxiety. The entire team was great. I don’t normally leave reviews but this team were so kind I want others with anxiety to know they are gentle and understanding.

Hard pass. I dismissed their other recent one star review and maybe I shouldn’t have. Had to literally get out of the chair and walk out. Something is up with this place. First visit was made for a cleaning and to look at prior work I wanted redone. Cleaning never happened and never spoken about since, they went right to where the money was. When I asked for the cost breakdown I was told their system was down and they’d get back to me. Never happened until I called asking, but nothing in writing. We did agree that the work was to be done in two visits. Today, I was told it was going to be done in 4 visits instead. No reason, but the second I challenged it, we were magically back to two visits. Is this in an effort to bill more? I didn’t wait around to find out. Regardless, my cleaning was
