From the moment I entered the office, Dr Kel made me feel welcomed and put me at ease. I was there to be fitted and pick up my first pair of hearing aids. She discussed every aspect throughly and answered each and every inquiry with a positive easy to understand explanation. She also explained every aspect and nuance that I was about to encounter and expierence. She made sure I was prepared and understood how these would work, my part and how to adjust to a better hearing world. She’s professional, a pleasure to communicate with and a terrific doctor and person! I highly recommend using her as a audiologist!

Dr. Kel was personable yet professional in her approach to working with me. She was thorough and detailed with her assessment of my hearing issue in a way that promoted resolving options. She was supportive and followed through with next step resources and referrals immediately. She was also immediately responsive when I reached out with an issue.

Recently took my 5 year old to have his hearing evaluated at South Jersey Hearing and Tinnitus as we were concerned he wasn’t hearing as well as he should be after several years of ear infections and tube insertion. Firstly, the office is clean and modern and there was even a kids corner for my little guy to play before his appointment. Dr. Shivers-Beswick was wonderful. She made him feel at ease during each step of the exam and not only was she able to test the functional aspect of his hearing and ears but also tested the structural components of his inner ear to make sure everything was healthy. The evaluation was fast and efficient but most importantly thorough. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care she took and care she gave to our guy. We won’t hesitate to return and we trust Dr.

Finding Dr Kelli and South Jersey Hearing and Tinnitus was a blessing. I was struggling with hearing loss and the idea of needing hearing aids was upsetting, and the associated costs terrifying. Dr Kelli eased my fears and worked with me to realize I didn’t need to be so worried.
