Terrible. Stated that just because my son is a certain age he couldn't get his check up and cleaning in the same appointment he would have to come back. No one commits and it nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. Even when you do yiu get conflicting information.

Very unprofessional experience at Complete Care Dental. I went in with severe tooth pain, and all they did was take X-rays. No one explained the condition of my teeth or what was causing the pain. The doctor told me to go to ShopRite to pick up my medication right away, but when I got there, nothing had been sent. I waited 30 minutes, went back to the office, and then they told me to wait two more hours. The only explanation I got was “sorry.” In the end, they just gave me ibuprofen and sent me home — no antibiotics, no clear diagnosis, no proper communication. I would not recommend this place, especially if you’re in serious pain.

How is there No One at the front desk for over 30 minutes and have ppl standing there?? The level of unprofessionalism! I hope since US patients are able to check in through our mobile devices that it does NOT hinder us from being seen at a later time or us not being checked in at all without someone at the front! Where is the customer service And why is it so slow??

Dr. Chopp's dameaner made my dental experience at Complete Care a pleasant one. He explained everything he was doing with a bit of humor, which in turn made my anxiety level lower.
