Dr. Chase is a great surgeon. Ken, the PA is also very friendly and knowledgeable. And Rebecca is a pleasure to work with. I've had two separate knee surgeries with UCO and the results have been stellar. That being said, I have lost all patience with their scheduling and appointment procedures. I've had two 8:30am appointments (first slot of the day) and waited 23 minutes for the first one and this morning, at 8:49am, I called it quits. I can't believe how supremely arrogant and rude it is to their patients to show up over 20 minutes late... TO THE FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY! I will be looking for another surgeon in the area if the need arises. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of other people's time.

I wouldn't even give this office a star. (Zero Stars). They are so rude inconsiderate about elderly patients that go there. I've read a few reviews about this office; I guess the doctors are ok; but staff is another story. Trying to get an appointment or even call back from is office is a hassle. Staff are so uneducated don't even call to let patients know they have been moved; to Falmouth Hospital for all appointments. When the patients proxy is calling on the behalf of them you get a hard-time from the office manager & she cancel the appointment. I read a few reviews about this office I guess the doctors are ok. Their Office Manager of the office is a disgrace she doesn't even have a clue how run Orthopedic office. I wouldn't recommend Upper Cape Orthopedic to anyone.

Lackluster enthusiasm, slow response time, always on lunch. Goes home early. Constant miscommunication Do not recommend.
