The entire staff at Duncan is not only warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in the but are prepared to guide you through a comprehensive evaluation with such compassion and understanding tailored to your needs. Dr. Jess and Shantelle are knowledgeable, always respectful, and very patient, especially with those of us less confident with today’s technology. I honestly look forward to my follow-up sessions. And a homemade cookie as I leave!

As a young woman who lost partial hearing five years ago, I spent years feeling ignored, dismissed, and without real support. That was until I found Duncan Hearing Healthcare. I was referred to them for a hearing test while undergoing a nasal and ear procedure, and from the very beginning, they treated me with compassion and respect. They even held a contest for a free hearing aid, and I was incredibly grateful to be selected. That generosity alone speaks volumes about the kind of practice they are. Jessica and Shantelle have been patient, incredibly kind, and genuinely willing to listen. After years of not being heard, that meant everything to me. This experience has been life changing, and I’m so thankful for them and the entire staff at the North Falmouth location!

I don’t usually fill these out however. As middle aged man, Caring for his older father can be a lot. Duncan Hearing has taken a tremendous pressure off me and more importantly, off my father. We wrestled with myriad hearing aids. From cheapie to expensive, off the shelf and by appointment. It was all horrible, until we were recommended by a very close friend to Duncan Associates. My dad isn’t a tech guy by any stretch and is very set in his ways. They make him feel comfortable and taught him how easy it is to use their devices. Meetings and a breeze now and he’s part of the conversation , not missing it. We live on the Vineyard so travel is difficult and they always accommodate our schedule . I don’t know where to start. The team at here at Duncan Hearing is amazing, all of them. I just got back into wearing hearing aids and was nervous about finding the right audiologist and specialist to fit me with the right hearing aids. Shantelle is so sweet and knowledgeable about the equipment and whenever an issue came up she was right there besides me trying to find a solution. Being in my 20s with hearing aids was daunting at first but I’m so glad I took the jump in caring for my hearing and health again. The Duncan Hearing team has helped so much in making this transition seamless and enjoyable. I recommend them 100x over!

I brought my father to Duncan for his hearing problems, and I cannot say enough about the quality of care he has received. Everyone has been so kind every single time we’ve been into the office. Shantelle and Dr. Jessica are amazing! When we’ve gone for his follow-up appointments, Shantelle has been very patient and thorough in her explanation of how everything works, and my father feels much more confident since getting his hearing aids!
