I had surgery on May 1 for the removal of basal cells on my right ear inside. After the first cut, I went back out to the waiting room was called back in a second time and was told they need to remove more. I was draped with a dirty paper and I never saw the instruments that were used to cut into my ear at that point I was sent back out to Waiting room, I was called back in for the third time and a nurse entered my room ChemicalSpilled all down the front of her from The Lab. The lab technician had a complete meltdown and you could hear it throughout the office. I was called back in for a fourth time was cut again And sent back out to the waiting room mind you with 12 other patients They didn’t even know my name or basal cell cancer she was removing And from. I went home with a pressure ban

I highly recommend Dr Redding she is an excellent surgeon! When I was first diagnosed with Basil Cell Carcinoma I went into total panic & read her reviews saw a couple positive & a couple of negative reviews, and with me needing surgery on my cheek & eye I felt I couldn’t take any chances & I went & got a second, not one but 3 and all those second opinions sent me directly back to Dr. Redding each doctor told me if they had to have the same procedure they would have no one else do it but Dr. Redding. Dr. Redding was up front and told me there maybe bumps and a small scar. The bumps lasted only a month. Looking at me you would never notice the scar on my cheek or eye. I cannot say enough about Dr. Redding and her staff they were very professional & kind. If myself or anyone in n my family

Dr Reddy recently performed MOHS surgery on my 95 years old Mother. We first met with Dr Reddy and her staff for a consultation where they thoroughly discussed with us the procedure and answered all of our questions. Mom felt very comfortable proceeding ahead. During the day of the surgery Dr Reddy and her staff were very professional, reassuring, and kind. We felt that Mom was in excellent hands. They let us know if we had any questions or concerns to please call. Their directions for the healing process was very complete A week later mom went back, had the bandages removed and everything looks great. I would highly recommend Dr Reddy and her staff.

I have a medical condition called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. I explained to Dr Reddy's assistant that I potentially go into anaphylaxis if I smell fragrances and explained what products might have fragrances. I thought she would pass on the info. Unfortunately, upon arrival today I found that they could not accommodate my needs and do not buy special unscented soap for their patients. Furthermore, they told me that I did not mention it. Of course I did and went into great detail. The attitude was unprofessional. I was treated quite poorly. If I could give her negative stars, I would. So if you have needs such as mine, don't bother coming here.

Dr. Reddy and her team are excellent, caring medical professionals whom I recommend highly!!
