After, reading these reviews of how HORRIBLE this place is I’m going to CANCEL my Appointment for tomorrow!! I have a HEART PROBLEM and don’t want to go somewhere like this Per your REVIEWS!! I’m new here from VIRGINIA where my HEALTHCARE WAS ALWAYS EXCELLENT!! I would prefer Not having a COMPUTER GENERATED RESPONSE like I’ve read on here! I LIKE OTHERS RELY on REVIEWS!!

Brought my grandmother in for a wellness visit and got told they didn't have time to discuss her problems. Also got told she couldn't have her pain pills that she's been getting for years because they didn't have a paper filed. Which was not my grandmother's fault but there's. There are a few great people there but the doctors suck and they don't ever want to help. Please do yourself a favor and find some where else to go. This is not the place to go for any sort of care.

Rachael Trump is an amazing PA. Everyone there is helpful, efficient and kind. They go out of their way to see that you get what you need.

I don’t understand why it takes not 1,2 or even 3 freaking Days (if not longer ) asking for the doctor to call in my medicine or for a pre authorization and nothing after more then 48 hrs!! Hell sometimes it’s over 5 days and me calling everyday asking for them to leave a message to the doctor to get it looked into and I get I will put a message through in a different way hoping the doctor responds totally unacceptable!!!! It hasn’t always been like this but the level of care there has definitely gone down hill not only that but if you call repeatedly day after day asking why your meds weren’t called in yet they act irritated with you !!!!! Like I enjoy having to call every damn day for a simple thing like calling in my refill that probably takes 2 minutes on their part! It’s just beyond

Please clarify your hours. I checked the website before going there for lab work. It said that they were open until 5. When I got there, I found out that they closed at 4. I wasn't the only one. Another person arrived right after me. She also thought that they were open until 5.
