I normally don't say much or post but I am so sick of people that have no respect .About a year ago my mom went in to let them know she was having a problem with her glasses and she couldn't see out of them. The lady never gave her the option to fix them or anything and she was upset bc with her insurance she couldn't get another pair so she was gonna be stuck on a fixed income with glasses she still can't wear or see out of. So if that wasn't bad enough I was in the back in an appt with one of my children and I heard the one bigger lady saying "I don't know what she's complaining about? She didn't pay for them her insurance did!". I said out loud wow how unprofessional is that? Also, most times when you ask questions they catch an attitude for no reason. I have to return bc of my insuranc

I never thought I’d say that an optometrist went above and beyond, but here I am! Dr Avenia was AMAZING! So thorough with the process, I never felt rushed, just comfortable. I will make sure to go back to see him and the wonderful girls there! Thanks again for a great experience!

Went here for the first time after going to another local competitor just because my insurance company no longer covers the competitor. Will NEVER go back here or recommend. Would rather pay out of pocket somewhere else. Optometrist is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and uneducated. They gave me the wrong prescription and told me that I have a stigmatism, when I don't, so now I have to wait an entire year, due to my insurance, to get a new pair of glasses that I can actually see from. Optometrist also treats his staff horribly and it almost seems like they are afraid of him. The girls that work in the office were the only staff that were nice to people. I also had to wait an extended time for my glasses and was only notified that they were in after I called about them. Horrible experie

I bought a frame that I loved and was refused optometry service after the side arm broke. I did nothing wrong except time elapsed. I was willing to pay for services again, maybe even buy the same frame; no further discussion was encouraged. I thought they would be helpful. It was a pity. I was disappointed nonetheless.

Absolutely horrible customer service. From ordering wrong contacts for my kid and totally canceling an appointment that I had a confirmed text from, I will never go back. They seem as though they don't want to be bothered. The one eye doctor is so rude and very condescending and has no patience. Thank goodness our insurance changed. I will never be back.
