My mother is treated with respect. The staff works hard to keep her happy and allows her independence as she builds strength in physical therapies.

Families beware! Don't send your family members to this facility. Half the rooms have no heat, half have no hot water and very low water pressure Raw sewage backs up into rooms and dining areas! They fix problems the cheapest way they can. Dirtiest facility by far. Inadequate staffing to ensure proper care is given. Honestly not even a 1 star facility. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt at this point.

Every time my wife and I come from Connecticut, we can see that the staff takes pride in the work they do from day to day Stan and Kathleen are being well cared for, and we my wife and I thank you for your hard and caring work.

Always get top notch help soon as I walk in the door. They all know Rusty and take good care of him. Good friendly staff that speak with a smile.

I went to check on my neighbors son. She was very concerned that he may have had a stroke.. I don’t drive anymore so I called my ex and he graciously came and brought me out. I was very impressed with the staff !! There are so many!! It’s not like when I was t here for 3 months years ago!’ And very clean. I checked on my friends son. He was fine, so I called my friend and told her she was very happy. Nobody asked me to do this, but I knew if he has if he had had a stroke and nobody noticed the time would pass for him to get the blaster that they do To reverse the stroke so I went to make me feel better, I guess. I just feel God puts us where he needs us the most. Amen
