UPMC Outpatient Center

I visited the UPMC outpatient clinic for some hip related issues and had an x-ray done and spoke with a doctor and as I entered the building and spoke with them upfront, they asked for you know my typical information such as my insurance card and so I know that they had that, but they chose not to run my insurance either for my hospital charges or my physician charges. This was very frustrating to me as I got two letters in the mail after contacting my insurance. The first time they got a hold of UPMC and let them know that they did not run it through them and they instead of doing both of the charges, they only did one so then I got a letter in the mail stating that I was late to a payment of a very large scary number that they did not bother running through my insurance a second time I f

I've seen every doctor in this facility and I'll be the first to attest how amazing the staff is. I'm every field from allergist to the ENT to the lab, and the orthopedic doctors. I've had nothing but outstanding professionalism and kindness from the doctors and all of the staff in every department. A huge thank you to each and every one of you!

Very clean and pleasant staff I have gone there several times for Blood work and X-Rays and I also took my Aunt for Blood work did not have to wait long at all in and out I recommend this Medical Center to alot of my Family and Friends they do a great job.

The office is clean and tidy, most of the staff is excellent, doctors are also excellent. Just don't show up early or you risk being treated rudely by reception.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Did not have doctors order but they did everything they could to help.
