I got recommended to this office by many people expecting the place to be amazing or at least the bare minimum. Which it is not. To start, we were never informed they were getting a new app we just stopped seeing documents of OUR child. When we called to ask what was going on the lady on the phone was very rude. “Uh we got a new app.” And I said “oh!! I didn’t know that, no one informed me haha” trying to brighten the mood because she clearly was having a bad day. She replied with “well it’s the same login on MyChart”. It’s not. We’ve been trying for a month now to get into it. We called the UPMC patient portal to try to get it resolved because that’s what the lady informed us to do when we called the office. This place is a joke. If you don’t do what they want they immediately call CYS on you. I canceled my appointment to have my 8 month old son vaccinated and within 4 hrs they had CYS knocking on my door. I hope they’re doing everything by the book because I’m contacting a Lawyer right now. My Son will be getting homeschooled, so there is no reason that he needs anymore shots. My child. My decision. No one else’s. Period!

I didn’t like how I was treated last time in the office. They canceled my son’s appointment after being one minutes late because of traffic. When we had to go and sit there anyways for an extended time just waiting for a doctor for an appointment that was booked a year ago. The doctor was great but that was about it. The lady at desk and another lady were extremely rude for no reason. Very disappointed.

My son was diagnosed with a non life threatening disease, which has symptoms that can be similar to Leukemia in young children. Being scared, new parents, we sought a second opinion. I advised the office staff that we were not interested in switching providers, and that we were merely doing our due diligence in caring for our son. I further advised them that we were happy with the care being provided and to please note on the medical records that we were seeking another opinion. We were completely kicked out with no warning. My oldest son has been seen at CCP since he was just a baby, he is 5 now. I have never had a negative experience until I met Dr.Kane. She has been rude to my oldest son two different times. The last appointment she was so impatient and rude, my son was crying in my lap because of how she was acting. She then proceeded to tell me that my son’s symptoms were suggesting that he could have a mass, his vision was not good, or he is just a jerk.
