The best massage place I have ever found!! Courtney has a true talent and passion for making sure you get exactly what you want. My body is so relaxed after seeing her. She helps my body feel better and improves my life. She offers so many services, I love to try them all, my favorite is the cupping and reflexology. I could not recommend Healing By Design/Courtney enough!!

i always describe my massages by @healingbydesignllc as going through a portal. the experiences i have had with courtney are truly transformative. she creates the most compassionate, loving, warm, accepting, and authentic space that truly allows my body to become safe enough feel vulnerably through the really really deep and scary and painful places. please, please, do yourself a favor if you live in the greater altoona area and schedule yourself a massage (if that’s your thing). i’ve been getting bodywork, reiki, massage, etc. for 10 years, and have had so many different massage therapists— Courtney is hands-down, the most skilled healer/bodyworker have found in terms of massage and reiki. everytime i leave a new person.
