If I could give this zero I would. Service was great and the staff were friendly. The problem is after more than 3 months post MRI, I still do not have my results. I tried calling and was told to talk to my doctor over and over- which would help nothing. My doctor called FIVE times and FIVE times was told they’d “expedite” it. I went in person a few days ago and was told once again that “you need to talk to your doctor”. INFURIATING. I talked to a technician who said she’d talk to the radiologist herself and that I’d have the results in a day. So it’s been 2 days. We shall see.

Do not go to this facility for pediatric care if your child has moderate to severe autism/nonverbal autism. Staff seems dreadfully fixated on upholding regulation and emphasizes ‘objectivity’ at the expense of patient centered, compassionate care and lifelong learning. They are not capable of having conversations about crisis prevention or crisis mitigation in circumstances of illness and will dismiss your concerns from several angles even if you know your child’s tells. Best of outcomes, you will get a lot of hemming and haw’ing but no real suggestions or structured conversation. You might get a referral but there is 45% chance results from that referral will be taken seriously. There is not a lot of interest in the pt or any apparent enjoyment of dealing with pts in general honestly. Mo

Ridiculous amount of time waiting in line at 630am.and it took 38 into check in. Apparently they got a new system and the front desk didn't get good training.

Arrived Sunday morning at 11 for a scheduled work related immunization. No other patients present in the waiting room. I was told it will take a long time to put the paperwork together. At least i was warned, they got the one star review not because of their lack of interest in performing their job, the personal calls they had to take, nor the coffee and lunch thru had to have. No, it's because they failed to tell me that i should've clear my schedule for the afternoon also.

The staff was challenging to deal with, The woman checking me in had to be pressured by me TO DO HER JOB! The doctor tried to help me and poked my infected ear with a pin 2 times, then prescribed the wrong antibiotic for the application. They charged $658 for the visit and what they called/coded "surgery". Really, $658 for a 20 minute visit? I had to go see another doctor elsewhere to get appropriate medical care. Don't go to this UPMC location!
