I had such a great experience with dental hygienist Katie Miller while at Balaci in Annville! She was absolutely wonderful! She is super friendly, professional, and incredibly personable. While I was getting my own teeth cleaned, she treated my daughter (who’s two) with such kindness and patience, making her feel completely comfortable. She adores your dental office now! We truly appreciated Katies warm personality and exceptional care. Highly recommend her! Thank you Katie!

The hygienist was good. However, my appointment was initially cancelled “due to not being confirmed,” when I never received a confirmation call. They did get me in for a soon appointment anyway, though. The dentist barely said two words to me during my exam. Didn’t ask me if I had any questions or concerns for him (I did), didn’t make me feel like I was anyone other than a number. I will be changing dental practices.

Got an appt in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice. I did explain I didn't like the 5 day cancelation policy or pay $100. I have a health issue that caused me a lot of anxiety praying I'd feel good. Quinn explained everything & I feel much better about staying a patient there. Very cozy atmosphere. Thanks for getting me in so quickly.

Dr. Chang is lovely, I opted out of this practice altogether based on the incompetence and unprofessionalism that was consistently exhibited by the staff. After 5 months and several follow ups with Desiree, my insurance amounts were unable to be predetermined because the submissions were still incomplete. My surgeons submission was approved and ready to go, so not sure why the information couldn’t be copied and sent by Annville Dental to communicate the same. When I called in to discuss this matter, my calls were blatantly ignored. So, I drove into the office to speak with someone to see what was going on. I was asked my name by the front desk and then I was sent to Desiree. At that time I requested to speak with the office manager or Dr. Chang. Desiree left the desk for a while and when s
