UPMC Muncy

This is the 3rd. time as an out patient at this hospital. The Nurses, staff, doctors and technicians are the best anywhere. The nurses all were incredible, I can't say enough about their patients, caring and professionalism. Thank you all for being there for me.

Excellent!! All around just perfect!! This hospital nailed the definition of ER!! Well done ladies and gentleman! From one mother whose life is her kid, I appreciate you all!! Great faculty, nurses and doctors just go above and beyond!! Big thank you for all you do!!

Today we had an incredibly scary afternoon as my father suffered a large laceration to his head after falling. The ER staff, specifically Cheryl, Paul, and Dr. Jendi, were ABSOLUTELY wonderful. The care, kindness, and utter timeliness they had when treating my father was outstanding. Additionally, April and Mitchell continued this same standard of care on the second floors. We have NEVER had a better hospital experience anywhere. It is not often that people have positive experiences within an ER but they were so comforting to all of us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for treating my father as if he was your own today.

If I could give less than one star I would. Brought a friend here for outpatient surgery. Was told she'd be ready to go home around 1200. At 1230 I finally went and asked was told she was still in surgery. At 1320 surgeon called and said she was awake and in recovery room. I checked in around 1430 and they tried to tell me she was still in surgery. At the same time an elderly man was asking where his wife was. He brought her to ER at 0300. No one could tell him where she was. The volunteers at reception are very nice but this place feels like it's run by lunatics. No one seems to know where the patients are or what's going on

Do not expect to receive good care here , you are better off going 5 minutes down the highway to the newer Gesinger campus . If I could give 0 stars I would . The ER is absolutely horrible , along with the majority of the nurses and doctors within the ER . They are extremely rude and do not listen to their patients at all . They need to relearn beside manner and how to accommodate their patients and support somebody who lost a child . They have no sympathy at all . Part of being in the heath care field is caring about your patients and being there for them and it is unfortunate that this ER has turned into what it is . 100% do not recommend coming here unless you want to be belittled and treated with no basic respect . 0 stars .
