Aspen Dental - Muncy, PA - Williamsport

I had a problem with my gums. They got me right in. I dont have insurance so they do a $29 exam and xrays. They got me in the next day. Found i have the early start of periodontal disease and had a filling break a little. They were all so nice. They helped me get monthly financing to help with the big bill.they got me in the next day to clean my gums and whatever else they half to do to prevent the gums to heal and they are fixing my filling. I want to say thank you to Jen the hygienist. She is so nice and caring. Talks to you the whole time and makes sure you are doing good. I highly recommend. Also the girls at the desk are all so nice. Everyone here is amazing.

Worst dental office I’ve ever been to. I have absolutely no idea how they are even still open. It’s the “butcher” shop of dentistry. They sell your information, are very unprofessional and not transparent at all. It’s like they herd you in like cattle and wanna do unnecessary procedures. And the procedures that are necessary, they do not do right. Had a tooth prepped for a crown, and they never noticed the infection below the tooth and in the middle of the procedure was told I needed a root canal. The office is dirty and the employees are not friendly at all. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

Always very welcoming! You are informed exactly what the plan is and no hidden charges or surprises! The search to find one since my dentist retired has been exhausting. The wait is half a year or more and they don’t take the insurance I get through my job…..or they spent the entire visit trying to sell me things I don’t want. At Aspen I received very good care, no sales pitch for products, they accepted both my insurance and my husband’s , and I received an itemized print out of my care and future plan. I was given time to review it before agreeing. Finally found my place again!!

Very nice folks — experiencing wisdom tooth pain and was able to schedule a short-notice appointment for a consult and a cleaning for 10am literally at 10pm the night before. Offered some different financing options and was able to get my set up with an oral surgeon in relatively good time (initial appointment on 12/17, scheduled for extraction on 1/13). For someone who doesn’t have a regular dentist and has trouble getting into other local offices in a timely manner, Aspen was really helpful and convenient. Jenn and Skyelar were quick, kind, and professional in particular. Would definitely recommend.

Jenn is absolutely the most wonderful person! She’s a great hygienist! Very kind, personable, actually cares about her patients. I hadn’t seen her for over a year and she remembered everything we talked about from the first visit. I would recommend Jenn to anyone who is shy about the dental office. She can set anyone’s mind at ease and make them feel relaxed and comfortable.
