UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute

I had my first appointment here on Wednesday with Christopher Barbolini, PA and I can’t say enough how glad I am that I chose this office. He is professional, personable but thorough in his explanations. I found myself wishing he was my primary doctor! He takes his time to make sure all questions are answered and that your mind is at ease with your condition and treatment options. I highly recommend this office, my mother and I both go here, and they are simply outstanding.

Dr. George Bousamra took the time to know my history and listened to me. He spent time evaluating me. He was careful and methodical. He is incredibly personable and made some changes to my regimen that resulted in positive results. He put my mind at ease. He is a credit to UPMC and Somerset Hospitals cardiology program. I saw a lot of comments about people having to wait. I think we have become too impatient and demanding. I would rather wait an extra hour and get the continuity of care that I need. Lindsey Withrow is one of the best doctors i’ve had! Today was my first appointment with her and i felt as if she answered all of my questions, which was many, with so much knowledge and patience! I walked out of my appointment feeling relieved and confident that i could get my symptoms under control with her help!

Hi I am writing this because I been trying to get ahold of Dr Bousarmra he’s an excellent dr well I tried to call the office multiple times to get an appointment know one answers u would think cardiologist office they should answer the phone it’s ridiculous this is someone’s heart Dr Bousarmara did a heart cath on me in 2021 he was in the Connellsville office he told me if I ever need anything to contact him I have been trying I know I am not the only patient but I have a major surgery coming up and I need clearance to have it done and know one has called me back it’s ridiculous

I see Myrand now that Dr. He'd rani left. Love them both. Really wish I had Myranda's energy.
