Eric Martin Dentistry

I waited until I had several visits to write this. I have never met such a full staff of friendly, empathetic, and caring people in one office as I have with this office. My experience is with Dr Lopez, her helpers, and reception. It's clean, up to date technology (In my opinion), and efficiency is top notch. Special note about Dr Lopez, she is phenomenal with a needle to numb with. She's so careful to do it gently and carefully which is so important to me. They only take UPMC insurance and even though I don't have that, they are so excellent that I will keep going to them. Truly a remarkable team that I couldn't possibly be more impressed with so far. Thank you to everyone there.

Extremely friendly, efficient operation with what I found to be professionals who care about their patients! Went in for a check up as a new patient. They found a problem underneath an old filling that was giving me a sensation, but not pain at this point… When they went in, they were right, they did the repair and sent me on my way happily! What they were able to diagnose saved me from getting a crown in half a year! Saving me thousands! Thank you, Eric Martin dentistry! I appreciate very much your professionalism and your care you show to people like me.

U guys are a great team for sure but my last experience on the 4th got me a little heated I called in 2 wks before my apt n lady told me 170 for my cleaning so I get there n Jenn proceeded to tell me I need some deep cleaning done n itd be 260 so I told her we'll idk what u want me to do cuz I only had the money I was told so I got up n left n jasmine came out n talked to me n calmed me down n my buddy cash apped me the other 90 to pay for it I like jasmine shes done a ton on work filled 9 n pulled 4 n didnt want to see me walk away n ive spent over 4 grand plus I work 2 jobs to pay for the work I need done n was frustrated cuz it happened twice to me now n I just wanted to make a suggestion here u guys should put the exact amount down so ppl dont come in short again n maybe have ppl make

DISAPPOINTED! I hate to write this because I have been going to this dentist since 2023 and had no issues until my last visit on 11/24/2025. That visit was extremely frustrating. First, I did not see my normal dentist that day as she was busy during my appointment, which I thought was odd but whatever. Second, most importantly, I was given a set of X-rays that I did not know I was receiving. My insurance covers annual X-rays that I received from this dentist office with no issues in 2023 and 2024. Now in 2025 at my 11/24 visit, they did my annual X-rays (which I said was fine to do) and for some reason they did a special set of X-rays as well (that I had no knowledge that they even did until my insurance claim was processed weeks later). I called the office and asked for a refund of these

I have never felt more comfortable and respected than I did getting my extraction, and I am rarely comfortable. It was hard and the tooth didnt wanna cooperate, but Dr. Lopez and her assistant, Brooke, made sure I was alright the entire time. Next to no pain at all despite what might have been over an hour long process. Very kind, sweet people here who dont mind explaining things. Would recommend to anyone.
