**update! 7 months later, we had another successful surgery here! 7 months ago they were able to fix a hematoma in my girls ear and now we had a lump taken off of her back foot. Each time they provide attentive and great care to our girl. My dog ripped one of her stitches open and I took her in to have it evaluated and Dr Harbaugh was able to fix her right up! They are the best!** We had to make the switch after our vet left his practice and we are 100% sure we made the right decision choosing Laurel Highlands Animal Hospital / Dr Harbaugh to be our new vet. We had our first appointment today to address some concerns with my girl and I left with peace of mind. Upon making our first appointment, the receptionist was friendly. They got us in super quick. They have been very efficient in caring for my dog and cat. They're usually quick, staff is pleasant, and services have been very decently priced compared to the other vets in town in Somerset. Was just there last Saturday because my dog had conjunctivitis, and we were in and out in under an hour.

They take wonderful care of all animals. They saved my Yuma years ago with emergency surgery and he's still here today. They are a place that cares more for animals and less about money.. The staff is exceptional. They took 2 of my goats promptly as emergencies at different times (Eddie and Rocket) and made them better. Even the cow was helped over the phone with no charge...Truly a great place.

I have never had a bad experience taking my pets here. They are kind and compassionate, and listen to your questions and concerns. The receptionist, Anna, is always friendly and smiling! They also did an emergency vet call to my home for my goats and I was presently surprised at the cost! 5 stars is not enough for the service and reasonable rates they charge. Highly recommend!

Our little girl Violet was 15 almost 16 July 7th, the in home euthanasia was such a blessing, thank you Jake for being so kind and patient, and thank you LHAH you truly do care.
