UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

The doctors and the staff were amazing and they did everything they could to keep my daughter calm as she was being examined. They even showed her how cool the tools they used were and how they worked! While we were waiting to be seen, they brought her out some stickers, a page to color on and some colored pencils to keep her mind occupied until we were called back. I definitely recommend this place and if anything were to happen again I will definitely be going back there.

I've been to Urgent Care several times and have had the best experience each time. I appreciate the convenience of just dropping in and receiving care immediately rather than waiting for an appointment with my physician. The care and support of the staff is very helpful when you're sick. Thank you for being there 🙏🏼

The staff did so wonderful! They were quite busy but I was able to be seen right at my estimated save your spot time! Catherine greeted me so warmly and was so knowledgeable about my insurance questions. Jordan was very thorough with my medical history and ensuring all of my symptoms were listed. Laura was such a Gem! I didn't even wait long at all before she came into my room! She listened to all of my concerns and was so personable! She ensured I was prescribed everything I needed to feel better! I was able to come in been seen, get my prescription, and be home within an hour. I was so happy with the experience! I am feeling so much better already!

Yes. My husband and I saw Doctor, Laura Boland. We both felt that was great. She was friendly and she listened to us without criticizing. We hope that if we have to go back again that we get to see her. The scheduling process by text could be improved. It's a good thing I called because even though it said I submitted the save my time, I was not on record. The friendly receptionist scheduled me with my husband who I thought did not schedule successfully. The wait was longer than expected but overall we were grateful to be able to be seen. We were seen at the same time. The nurse was also friendly. We received the help we needed.

I went to bring my 7yr old son to GoHealth tonight as he had just spiked a concerning fever and seemed to be in a lot of pain. It is advertised everywhere that they are open til 8pm but I can tell you this is a lie. We arrived before 8pm to find the door locked but still looked to have people inside. As a parent I just wanted to get my son the help he needs quickly and thought GoHealth was the place for that but as I sit in the ER with my sick son I've come to the realization that that is simply not the case. I don't know who was working on 11/14 but at least stay til the end of your shift your community needed you. UPMC GoHealth... Do Better.
