UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care

First I must say I was not aware that urgent care UPMC existed! I was in so much pain discomfort and needed to be seen immediately. I search urgent care found UPMC and was seen within 20 minutes. I am currently on the men’s feeling better and I’m so thankful for them. All in all I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, thank you so much great staff great doctors. Everyone was so patient accommodating, and ready to assist. I would recommend everyone who needs service in Monroeville go here. Thank you all so much for helping me get better.

This was my first time going to a UPMC urgent care and I was very happy with the experience. I liked that I could "save a spot" ahead of time. There was virtually no wait whatsoever once I arrived. The facility was clean and the staff were all kind. I was able to get in-and-out within 30 minutes and my concern about a UTI was resolved. Thank you!

Short wait, quality patient care, blonde receptionist that checked me in and the staff was professional. CRNP named Stanley prescribed a treatment for a bad pharyngitis with fever and strep, then they helped when I lost consciousness because of all the pain I was in. Thank you all!

I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this location and will not be recommending it to any friends or family. Facilities like this are often known for handing out antibiotics too easily without taking the time to determine whether they’re truly necessary, focusing more on patient volume than on quality care. In my case, however, they did the opposite—showing a complete lack of urgency or follow-up. I went in with serious concerns about a throat infection. They took a culture and told me it would be sent out, which typically takes 24–48 hours for results. It has now been four days with no phone call or follow-up. This place is absolutely horrible! BEWARE!! Go somewhere else!! The staff is unbelievably rude and they do nothing but talk about other patients and make fun of them after they walk out the door. How do I know that? Well they were sure loud about it. Also the nurse Practitioner is a quack. She did not believe I was wheezing at night and had a very hard time breathing. She saw me for 2 min, didn't do any tests or xray or even gave me a breathing treatment and just prescribed meds. They didn't go over my meds or nothing. They just want you out there fast as possible. Well I didn't feel comfortable with this so I went to another one and was treated with respect and got a breathing treatment and found out I had pneumonia. I'm sorry but I don't know why this place is even open still. I thought
