Children's East

Love the dr we see. She is amazing and my son loves her. We are finally getting answers after years of having none. The only issue is the office is very hard to reach incase you need to cancel or let them know you will be late. Other than that I highly recommend them.

I love Children's East. The doctors and nurses here are so kind and always show the best care for your children. I bring my son here for his appointments and sometimes when he is sick. The care here is amazing and I highly recommend Children's East.

I’m very disappointed on 3/4/2025 my daughter who was seen in orthopedic department for her appointment at 9:25 am as we was entering the main building, my daughter had slipped we went into The office and made them aware of the incident. She wasn’t seen until close to 10 o’clock. They took her back for an x-ray. My daughter had left the technician know and told us to make sure we tell the orthopedic trauma doctor as we did. My daughter was fat shamed we was incomplete shock and disbelief. I didn’t feel that it was appropriate to open my mouth because it is a Children’s facility. With that being said, I got my daughter home. I made a few phone calls so Monday came didn’t hear anything. After nearly drowning, found out my daughter has mylochlonic seizures. We were advised to come here for ongoing treatment and the workers here are amazing so far. Very informative, kind and understanding. 10/10

They will cancel your appointment (that you’ve waited WEEKS FOR) four hours before it is to begin. VERY POOR service and their schedulers speak to you as if you are the reason for all of their problems in life. Your child isn’t valued here, your child is a number here.
