Thanks for being so flexible, thoughtful, and helpful! All of the staff here is compassionate and supportive. Special thanks to Dr. Megan, who expertly guided me through my rehab, and always carefully monitored and modified my treatment plans to fit my needs. The staff always works well together as a coordinated team. Appointment are always on time! I love this place and the all of the people here, and have recommended Fyzical to friends and family. Thanks for all the help!

The staff are fabulous. They all introduced themselves on the first visit and have been very professional and friendly every visit. Dr. Megan is helping me a great deal with my knees.

I’ve been taking my 9 year old daughter to Fyzical for a knee injury. All of the staff here have been wonderful. Hannah is working with Dr. Dana, and she has been amazing too. She explained her injury and continues to explain treatment in a way that both of us can understand. She makes it fun for Hannah, and she actually enjoys getting to come here! I love all the variety of modalities available for a whole picture of healing.

I went to Fyzical for therapy after a car accident. The first time I had an appointment the receptionist was an older woman nice enough. The second time I came in for an appointment I was stared at as though I was from another world. This person would not say hello, can I help you? Do you have an appointment? Nothing! I was then accosted about a claim number by Amanda. She was so rude and ignorant. This person called and made me feel as if I had done something wrong, meanwhile I'm in agony. All I wanted to do was to utilize my appointment and get better. Her supervisor Jennifer or whatever calls me and ask me the same angry and insulting questions about a claim number, the information I had given to Amanda. The position I was put in, the need to try and belittle me and make me feel inept.

JoAnne, Rene, Dr. Megan, Dr. Jennifer, Dr. Diane, Kerry, Dr. Tim. Amanda, etc. I know I've left names off this list but EVERYONE at this center are wonderful, and great, and professional people with super great talent of caring skills. I am not doing them justice with my words but I hope who ever reads this will understand the sincerest of all written. They are Valuable to FYZICAL Theray & Balance.
