Dr. Asher was AMAZING!!!! Very friendly and personable. You can tell he really cares about his job and especially his patients. He isn't there just to turn in a day for a paycheck like it feels with so many doctors these days. I wish he were my full-time physician. A+ to Dr. Asher and staff! There are so many practices that could learn about patient care from doctors and nurses like these fine people.

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care 83 Retail Commons Pkwy, Martinsburg, WV 25403 Arrived at this location at 7:45 p.m. with my daughter, checked in and paid before closing. After being registered, Dr. Abdul Khan came into the waiting room and refused to see my child, stating he had worked a long shift and was done for the night. My daughter, a minor, was not examined, triaged, or treated, and no refund was issued despite payment already being taken. The front desk did not provide a refund or confirmation of service or written reason for refusal. While I understand healthcare workers are under pressure, refusing care after accepting a patient and payment—especially a child-is unacceptable. Great place for Urgent Care. Very short wait time, the staff was efficient and friendly, the doctor zeroed in on my issue and prescribed medication which was received quickly by pharmacy and I was on the road to better health! Impressed by facility and by the people caring for patients like me. Highly recommended.

Smiling face at the front desk. Booked an appt online. Only patient in the office. Took all of 15 mins from the front door to the car! Lovely, Patient nurses also. Super sweet ladies! Highly recommend y'all👏🏽👍🏽

Staff is friendly, front desk receptionist and nurse was kind, tho the main doctor is pretty clueless. Went in today to get two ending stitches removed out of my nipple from a surgery. He was visibly very uncomfortable dealing with them. Had trouble finding the stitch, didn’t clean the wound, made a comment about how he’s “not a plastic surgeon” and told me to go to my OBGYN to get the remaining stitch out that he was unable to remove. I can’t think of any reason to say to go to an an OBGYN when they deal with vaginas and reproductive organs, not sutures on external skin. Obviously it was the mere fact that a female nipple made him just as uncomfortable as a vagina would have.. which is concerning because women should be able to go to urgent care for yeast infections, utis and other issues
