Taryn was incredibly attentive, thorough, and compassionate throughout the visit. The front desk staff and medical assistant were also attentive and professional, which made the entire experience very positive. We truly appreciated the care and will definitely return.

Doctor Hennninger was kind and helpful. He took time to come back and address my concerns expressed to the med tech about something after he finished meeting with me. He and Ashley D also helped me with an important and time sensitive matter quickly through MyChart even after I left the office. Appreciate it.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Currently typing this as I sit in an exam room waiting. Made an appointment for 10:25 (made it at 9:20 in the morning) for my son. Got here exactly at 10:25. I understand it's not actually an appointment and rather like call ahead seating. I check the waiting room wait-list and we are next up. The nurse comes out and calls the person listed AFTER us. Then the next nurse comes out and same thing. Took the person listed AFTER us. I quickly realized that they took every single person marked as walk in FIRST before my son. Even though we were listed first and had pre-waited via online! So basically the "reserve my spot" is an absolute joke and a lie. DO NOT USE IT. Absolutely the longest urgent care visit ever. I came in to get a doctors note 11/15/25 for missing the past few days of work from severe anxiety. first of all, the lady at the front desk was not welcoming whatsoever. didn’t smile or anything. she looked miserable and had an attitude. second, the doctor i had, Lisa Helfrich lacked a lot of intelligence. she was on her phone for over half our appointment looking things up. she would go 10 minutes on her phone without even saying a word. she even left in the middle of my appointment for 15 or so minutes. when she returned, i let her know all of my symptoms and mentioned i was feeling derealization. she looked at me like i was crazy and stated that she had no idea what that meant. she than took time out of my appointment to go on her phone AGAIN and spent a good 10 minutes looking up what

We had an unexpected visit to UPMC Go Urgent Care this weekend after my wife lacerated her finger and ended up needing stitches. From the moment we arrived, Virginia and Nicki were incredibly attentive, calm, and reassuring. They saved us a trip to the emergency room by treating her right there, stitching her finger with skill and care, and making the entire process efficient from start to finish. We were able to get in and get out quickly without ever feeling rushed, all while receiving truly top-notch care. I am very thankful for both Virginia and Nicki and how they handled the situation. Given the circumstances, it was a great experience all things considered, and we are grateful to have had such capable professionals take care of us.
