Doug Weinstein is the best acupuncturist I have worked with.. he listens, he thinks about what was discussed and then the pins seem to go just where they are needed. He has helped every ache and pain I shared with him. Also, his office runs with efficiency and outstanding customer service. I use my insurance and have never once had a billing problem. I cannot recommend this practice after being billed for more time than the duration of my appointment and the treatment having negative effects. I had an acupuncture appointment here about a month ago, unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience. My paperwork was done a week in advance of my appointment so I was well prepared on the day. My initial consultation was brief as the practitioner seemed confused when I provided specific details of my ailments. The appointment only lasted one hour despite me be billed for two hours and this being below the minimum appointment time for an initial appointment as listed on the website (see the receipt below). I guess the practitioner just decided he was done because my experience was not positive. One of my areas of concerns was the stiffness in my
