After reviewing my X-ray during my second visit, I was presented with a treatment plan totaling over $4,000. At no point prior to the visit was it mentioned that HFC does not participate with insurance. A simple, upfront conversation about costs and insurance policies would have saved a significant amount of time and avoided confusion. Transparency on pricing and coverage is essential so patients can make informed decisions before proceeding with care.

I can’t even begin to describe how HFC has changed my life. I’ve followed the clinic and Dr. Jen on social media for years prior to becoming a patient. About 2 years ago I had discovered I had a fractured L5 with bulging discs- an injury I had sustained at the age of 14 and only found out about it at the age of 41!
