Loved it. The nurses were always nice and helpful, front desk shows a great effort at managing in patients and phone calls. I do sometimes have a hard time reaching them over the phone, but when we are in touch the process is easy and reliable. Suzanne was also a great doctor to me that explains in detail with every question and concern I have. Will be coming here as long as I’m able!

I used to see Dr Bohonyi for about 2 years before he retired. Back then, this office was amazing. The front office staff were so comforting and caring especially when I had fainting episodes. Dr Bohonyi was the best and caring doctor I have ever been seen by. He knew my diagnosis immediately and took initiative to try to treat my condition and help my pain. Dr Bohonyi always reached out to me to check on me and still does to this day. He truly cares about his patients even outside the office. I recently have been having some issues so I decided to see a new provider since Dr Bohonyi retired, I had an appointment with Dr Hester a few days ago. The office and staff are completely different. I am so tired. At this point, it’s an ongoing joke with my boss-every time I request off for an appointment, I end up canceling or changing it because this office treats rescheduling like it’s their religion. I swear, in the six years I’ve been going here, I’ve maybe been seen on the original date five times. I even switched doctors within the practice hoping better availability would help. It didn’t. I just got another call an hour ago saying my appointment was rescheduled again. I’m officially finding a new doctor. This place is a joke.

UPMC Cumberland Valley Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists refused to see me because I'm currently unable to get my medical records from a previous doctor. We recently moved to PA and I found out I'm pregnant. To get my medical records would require me to return to Georgia to sign a release form. Its completely unacceptable to deny someone prenatal care for any reason especially one so inconsequential.

unfortunately, my first visit to the gynecologist was far from the positive and supportive experience I had hoped for. I want to begin by commending the receptionist and nurse, both were incredibly kind, welcoming, and did a great job of making me feel reassured during what was a vulnerable and new situation for me. However, my encounter with Dr. Potacia Francis was deeply disappointing and upsetting.
