Friendly staff, efficient service and thorough care - all at a great cost (that's Costco for you)! You can tell all the technicians and the doctor really care about providing a seamless experience. The technology was also pretty cool and the doctor really took her time to explain things is such detail. Beautiful office, beautiful staff - keep doing what you're doing, I will be back!

I had a fantastic experience. As someone with a busy schedule, I really appreciated how efficient the entire process was—I was in and out much faster than expected without feeling rushed. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the exam seamless from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality eye care without the long wait.

Great service and price for an eye exam they took me as a walk in very quickly

Service was very fast and in person staff was kind. I was not expecting to NOT see a doctor in person. For the amount that you pay and the fact that you have to go into the office, you expect to actually visit with the eye doctor. Additionally, this is the first contact lense exam I have ever had where I was not given a free pair of contacts. I would definitely prefer to visit somewhere in the future that provides a free pair of lenses as it is a benefit of going to my eye exam for me. Unfortunately, the office was not as sanitary as you would expect. My eyes were touched by the staff without gloves or prior sanitization which just made me a bit uncomfortable. I am disappointed to have had a negative experience as this is not what I would expect from Costco. I am always upset to leave a
