When I arrived at the 2020 building address, I didn't know where to go. Some folks on the 2nd floor kindly told me after I wandered around I had to register. I never saw the sign. I think it would be helpful if there was a sign right off the elevators at eye level to indicate to register and where to register. Everyone is so kind and you can tell they care about the patients. Thank you for caring. I have been seeing a couple different doctors in the UPMC world and everyone I have come in contact with has been kind and helpful.
