Oh my goodness! I am so excited! I have been struggling for over 6 year with knees that sounds like 80 yr old granny knees, we started with dry needling - I could NOT believe the difference after just ONE session. The grinding and discomfort decreased by nearly 75%. I am looking forward to utilizing UPPT's other services including further preventing injury, gait assessment, and getting a personalized training plan to help improve my biking and work performance. Kenny is kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I am excited to be working with someone who values helping me feel good in my own body again.

I’ve done GAIT analysis a few times with Kenny. He was great to work with. He understands my goals and through the analysis has been able to improve my running form, which has resulted in faster times and better pace. With the exercises it gives me I can work on them at home, this will help me improve all the time.

My daughter had pain while running and having the 3D gait analysis gave us insight on her running form so she could make some adjustments. The adjustments to her running form has helped minimize her pain and I believe these adjustment will make a difference in her running going forward.

I had chronic lower back pain that limited my mobility due to stiffness and tightness in my lower back, QL’s, hips and glutes. I started getting those trouble areas treated with dry needling with Kenny once a week. I noticed an immediate improvement in my mobility. I also experienced relief from pain and tightness in my usual trouble spots. I continued with regular weekly treatments for about 6 months and now, I keep pain free with good mobility by maintaining treatments only about every 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend including dry needling in your fitness and recovery program.
