I hope this message finds you well. I want to express my appreciation for the care and attention I’ve received at your clinic. However, I’d like to share that my neuropathic pain has not yet improved, and I’m concerned about relying heavily on medications. Additionally, I experienced a heart attack four months ago, and it’s crucial that any new medications are carefully considered to avoid interactions with my heart medication. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

This place has the most companionate care I have seen in a medical office. A family member received a cancer diagnosis there and the doctor kept calling us consistently just to know how the patient was doing and you could feel how genuine she was being. I’m sad that they don’t take many Medicaid insurances. We would have loved to continue as part of the UNIVIDA family. It really felt like that. Facts: Every referral (Which were MANY) they would process it immediately. They would only call me just to confirm it but their proactivity was above and beyond. If we needed medical supplies they would find out anything needed to process the request and get it to us. And so many little things that added up. Thank you UNIVIDA medical centers

It's outrageous what they do. They give you an appointment and then two hours and 30 minutes go by without seeing you. This is for elderly people. What a shame about their healthcare system...
