Amazing care! The staff and vets are all super kind and knowledgeable. They listen, and always make sure your options are clear so you can make the best decision. We sadly lost one of our dogs and they were so kind to him on his last day. It was like he had been seeing them for so long! Thank you for your kindness and care! Highly recommend

The facility is clean and modern, the staff welcoming and friendly, and off the bat I could tell they genuinely loved my dog. The vet tech was super sweet and made sure to keep my dog feeling calm and secure. After reviewing the reason for my visit, Fluvia (vet tech) went and consulted with the vet (Dr. Pinto). Then they came in together and were very thorough in explaining everything to me and addressing my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed or like they were trying to get money out of me. My dog, Dante, had an aggressively growing tumor on his cheek, and we recently discovered an additional mass in his mouth that was making it hard for him to eat and drink. Sadly, due to financial constraints, I wasn’t able to pursue surgery earlier, which made an already heartbreaking situation even harder to bear. Trail Animal Hospital is a good choice for basic veterinary care (vaccines, dental cleanings, basic illnesses, etc.), but I do not recommend them for any complex medical issues. The team there is very kind, however very serious mistakes were made with my dog’s care that could have cost him his life and cost us thousands of dollars in ER vet bills.
