I wish I could give negative stars! STAY AWAY. I can't believe she was actually recommended by a PCP. Have taken my mom there 3X & it's been miserable each time. The staff is extremely rude. We've been made to wait 2+ hours. There were no emergencies, we asked. On the 1st visit I even had to tell the staff they needed to give us the new patient paperwork to fill out. The exam rooms don't have proper patient beds, they have massage tables...yes, massage tables (see pics). Definitely never going back.

Not much to say.! Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience. The exam room felt cold and unwelcoming, with the setup placing you behind the doctor’s computer — not exactly a comforting environment. While the doctor may be highly knowledgeable, I say may because I did not feel comfortable)the interaction felt distant and lacked basic empathy. When someone visits a cardiologist, it’s because they’re dealing with real health concerns. A little compassion and warmth should be the minimum in any healthcare setting.

Dr. Santana-Izquierdo took my concerns seriously and I felt very supported throughout my care here. She spent time with me to explain details/answer my questions and I did not feel rushed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with answering the phone and scheduling appointments. Everyone was very patient and caring. Thank you!

I loved my visit not sure why people had complaints. I waited a little but I did get there twenty minutes before my initial appointment and filled all my documents. The staff was great got the blood pressure and weigh in done. Then waited for the doctor she saw me and saw my reports and the office scheduled me for all my testing boom all done. I had a great experience.

Will never go here again! Lack of professionalism and transparency with billing, unparalleled commitment to an ongoing diagnosis and forceful tactics to have you come back. Automatic scheduling of appointments at 6 months even after being cleared and no scheduling recurring need. I am in complete disbelief.
