University Pediatric Dentistry at Toy Town

I was running late for my appointment due to fog and a traffic accident that forced me to drive an alternate route. I called in and spoke to a friendly and helpful woman on the phone. She assured me that they could still accommodate me. I still come to this location, despite my kids being grown and no longer patients there. This is because of the Dental Hygienist who has taken care of my teeth for well over a decade. She is SPECTACULAR at her craft and I appreciate her willing to continue treating me at the Pediatric Dentistry office at 59 years old. Thank you to all there. Peace

Out grandson loves coming here! We have been bringing him since he started going and he absolutely loves it. The staff is always so kind and compassionate. They explain everything to the child as they do it. We have never had a bad experience here.

The entire staff is fantastic, and you can tell they have been there a long time, which says so much about the practice. My kids never mind arriving early because the waiting room keeps them entertained, and once we are called back everything runs smoothly and efficiently. They have also been great to work with no matter which insurance we’ve had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful pediatric dental office.

The office used to be so much friendlier and inviting than it is now. The front desk to the back, not saying they are rude but definitely not how it used to be. I have been going there since my first child and he is 26. The games never work and that was a huge deal for the kids when they were little. They also used to give the kids tokens and don’t do that anymore either.

When being seen be sure to get and remember name of your child's tech - a very select few are amazing. Sadly I cannot say this about the majority of techs we've seen in the last 16 years. East Aurora location MICH better than Main st Williamsville - BY FAR. Compassion and kindness need to be in the forefront - if it is not be sure to speak up so they know they need to do better. Going to the dentist is almost never fun - the least they can do is try to lessen the stress when caring for your child.
