This group is extremely knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help. I had jaw surgery over 30 years ago and last year the metal implant on one side moved, a piece came through into my mouth. They were able to remove it and that entire sides plates. They have excellent clinic care and are caring. I recommend them for any tmj patient. Extremely knowledgeable

I got 2 wisdom teeth removed here 8 days ago so I have a recent experience. It’s students doing the surgery’s and so it’s a little cheaper and may take a little longer. They are supposed to be watched by an actual surgeon but during my appointment there were only 2 people the dental assistant and the student. I didn’t go fully under I did nitrous so I was awake and aware of what was going on. The first tooth came out easy (top left) but the second (bottom right) was a little tougher. During the surgery I heard the student surgeon explaining to the dental assistant that the way she learned to give lidocaine shots was thru hit or miss shots given to different patients this slightly made me feel unsettled. I would give 0 stars if it wasn't for the admin staff and the initial resident I saw - they were nice/compassionate and thorough. I was then seen by another resident (A Dr. Schmidt) who spent the time accusing me of seemingly faking my issue, grilling me, and gave me a bottle of antibiotic mouthwash and told me to go away. I don't have any infections I've never left a supposed medical visit feeling like less of a human being before in my life. I went to IU and I can't believe this type of behavior is accepted. I drove a very long distance to be treated and questioned like a criminal defendant. If you have any other alternative...don't walk - run.

Called in October went to dentist school 4 or 5 visits. December made appointment for university oral surgery. Had to wait 7 weeks. Seen two dentists that day. Came out had I thought payment plan. Been asking since first day I xall in October. I paid down. I live hour and a half away. Before I got home got message she made mistake. 3,000 dollar mistake. They cancelled my appointment. Because I was mad over the mistake and I already paid down and signed the estimate. I make another appointment. Was told insurance cancelled my other one. Insurance in college said they have never cancelled a appointment. I made another appointment. Called financing at the collage. Dolores in financing told me price on dentures. And said get the surgery then set up payment plan. Because I want one loan not two
