Cant say enough about the doctors and their assistants. The billing department is a whole different story and the worst people in the world to deal with. The have no issues leaving you on the hook for things they promised are covered under your policy. Issue, Bad faith/misrepresentation of insurance benefits. The insurance benefit verification approval is done twice. Once when you sign off on the approvals based off what they tell you is covered under your policy and again just prior to procedure. Remember your counting on them to make sure their getting approval for the whole procedure and not just parts of it. This is their responsibility .
