This hospital has a lot of dishonest staff members. The Patient Experience Department is horrible; they have people there who lie to you right in your face. I am shocked this hospital stays open. I have worked in the medical field for over 40 years and have traveled to many hospitals throughout the states, and I think this hospital is one of the worst of the worst. And I feel some of the staff have racial behavior towards people of color. I strongly recommend staying away from this hospital based on my personal experience there. They have some good people who work there, but far in between. They have one of the worst emergency rooms how they run it. I add one picture as proof I dealt with this hospital And they give me headaches a lot. I had to call the police on them 4 to 5 times for poor

Staff should get off their phones for 5 minutes and maybe the patients care experience would improve!!!!!!

I can not say enough nice things about the people I interacted with at this hospital. They were patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Also, the hospital itself is top notch. I just had a surgery there on Friday and my experience was phenomenal! From the check in through the checkout I was amazed at how wonderful these people are. I am so grateful that I am no longer in pain and if I ever need hospital services again I will be going to Jackson memorial. Thank you all for your kindness and support!!

My mom was sent here from a Dr at Sylvester. Worst days of my life spent here. The treatment of my mom at this hospital was a nightmare. No communication between any of the doctors, the Sylvester Dr did not oversee treatment as would expect, staff repeated unnecessary and painful tests. My mom begged to be discharged rather than spend one more minute at this awful place (but that took over 6 hours from request). Medical staff was egregious and hospital felt dirty.
