Dropped off a patient here and it's absolutely the WORST place I have ever seen in my entire career. Place reeked of cigarette smoke the instant we walked in and some unclassy looking female receptionist was waddling around in pink pj's like she's at home or something. It was dirty and dusty everywhere and lacking basic nursing home supplies that most nursing homes have the common sense to stock. Room where we dropped off our pt had a broken floor heater that had pieces of it laying on the floor and their tvs are dusty old relics from the 1950s Era. 🤮 I wouldn't even let my pet goldfish here to suffer and die from the horrendous views and clouds of skin flakes. Also check out the nice decorative black mold on the outside for everyone to breathe in and get sick on. 😫 absolutely HORRENDOUS P

My dad was here for maybe 2 and half weeks before he passed away there and the place is just dirty and the nurses never really check up on my father plus mistreating my father.

I wouldn't send an animal here. Definitely don't send anyone you care about here. Dirty and grimey. Pills on the floor. Holes in the walls. Pictures hanging off the walls. And they Definitely don't treat the residents with care, respect or dignity. The conditions and treatment of patients are deplorable. The state is over run with complaints about this place yet it has not been shut down yet.

As soon as you step into the elevator it begins! floors are dirty with trash getting off the elevator as soon as it opens all you smell is urine, patient room filled with rubbish behind everything trash buckets filled no tvs at all in patients room dirty bed mats just laying over the heaters it's not inviting at all just sad and smelly 😔

The local LAC toured this facility with Ms. Brown. This facility was clean and secure. I did not like the location. They have lots of activities. Its for all people: different illnesses. The staff are caring and even tempered. The tour was decent and educational. I want to thank Ms. Shonta for taking her time to meet with us, and tour us through her facility I will recommend to family and friends
