University Hospitals Urgent Care Parma

We came to Parma from Florida to visit family and came to the Urgent care after I took a nasty fall. I needed x rays. They only charged me $35 to be seen by the Dr. The receptionist, the medical assistant, the PA and the xray tech, all took very good care of me. They were kind, listened, and did a thorough examination. I was in and out. They recommended a pharmacist and sold me a brace for my knee. Would recommend this place to anyone. I ended up with a fractured metatarsal in my foot and a blown out knee. But they took amazing care of me. Thanks again.

I made an appointment and by the time I got to the appointment I was probably seen within five minutes. Everyone there from the check-in staff to the on-call physician were incredibly nice! I needed to go for an x-ray. They explained everything. I did a breathing treatment and again they explained everything and they sent me home secure in the knowledge with the medication’s. I’m to take and when. I love UH and with this new location, it gives me another option to go somewhere, should I need to in a flash.

Everyone was very kind, helpful and understanding. Check in was pleasant and quick, I was seen quickly, and my results came back quickly. My prescriptions were available in house and were very affordable. I will definitely visit again if unfortunate circumstances arise again.

Experience with doctor was great but they don’t ask the people extremely sick and coughing everywhere to put a mask on. No signs to even ask if sick to please wear mask. I would recommend staff advising the really sick people to put a mask on to try to help stop spread of germs and diseases

1st time visit 3/3/26…had an issue with my eye & the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! The Dr was kind, informative & definitely helped with my worry ( concerning it’s my eye!!!). My visit was quick, the facility is clean & welcoming.
