Health Express Urgent Care

i twisted my knee and this was the 3rd place i went to because they had x-ray which was really convenient. check in was super smooth, did it all on my phone while waiting and wasn’t waiting long at all. the doctor was super brief, almost too brief. there isn’t much you could do without getting an MRI if it’s a ligament issue but she barely felt or asked me to move my leg or any different exercises to come to a diagnosis. I had to wait maybe like 10 minutes because the x-ray technician had to get called in, which was fine but other than that, everyone was super helpful, super nice and it was all around smooth experience

Good place to go same day appointment not long wait they have every day appointments same-day appointments. It was actually great to be able to walk in and get treated the same-day Thank you. The only thing was The physical for my 2 boys was $55 insurance don’t cover I didn’t know that other than that great place to go

I previously took my DOT CDL Physical exam at another medical center. This time at 02-13-2026 I took it at Health Express Urgent Care at 1400 Pleasant Valley Road, Parma, OH 44134. It's close to home and convenient. They have excellent patient care. Thank you to the Health Express Urgent Care team. Shana was hands down the best nurse ever. She showed compassion & care while listening to all of my concerns. Gave me great advice & calming techniques. Dr. Jacob was very thorough & covered everything. Thank you so much.

I’m not one to visit hospitals but I caught a bad fever right after a work trip and was recommended by a coworker to go here and get checked up. This was the best experience I have ever had and made me feel way more comfortable than a hospital visit. The staff members at this Health Express and the Doctor who handled my fever did an excellent job. I highly recommend this place and to those who don’t like hospitals.
