Cleveland Care Clinic - Urgent Care

My experience at this urgent care was great! The same staff member helped me over the phone days prior to my appointment and day of. He was able to provide me a reasonable price for self pay EKG as I had a difficult time finding somewhere to complete it without insurance as required for an out of the country trip. The wait time wasn’t bad and the interaction with this staff member was respectful, positive and caring. I highly recommend this location for your urgent care needs!

I’m only giving a 2 star because Dr. Moses is a nice person. He was caring and funny. But when I got there he was sitting at the desk and I thought he was a receptionist. I get called back and now he’s in a doctors coat, I was so confused. He was the only person there. Which at first I thought was cool I’m like ok he’s holding it down. But when it started to get busy I realized I was getting rushed out so he could deal with other patients. He prescribed me with 5 medications which I really only needed 2. I figured he was just trying to treat anything I had because he wasn’t sure. I left feeling uneasy and like my concern wasn’t met properly. When I was leaving he gives me a paper saying leave a five star…. I thought that was strange I think there definitely should not just be one person w

My wife had a great experience with Moses & I did as well. I was a new patient and was in and out of there within 25-30 minutes, including intake paperwork (which isn’t super extensive). Facility is super clean, which is not really what you’d expect driving by the plaza. I highly recommend this practice. It was well worth my urgent care copay.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The provider took their time to listen carefully, asked detailed questions, and did a very thorough exam—not rushed at all. I left feeling confident in the care I received and with a clear plan for next steps. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing quick but comprehensive medical attention.

This is our 2nd time being seen at this clinic this time was for a double ear infection for my 5 year old. Dr. Moses once again was so kind and caring. He still tries to converse with her even though she’s nonverbal but it makes me really happy because most people think she doesn’t understand them so they don’t bother. He is so patient with her, I don’t think I’ll be taking her anywhere else to be seen. He even offered her a lollipop to end her visit, how sweet! ❤️‍🩹
