University Hospitals Urgent Care Cleveland - Edgewater

I was experiencing shortness of breath and a cough. I booked a same day appointment online and completed my entire registration online as well. Once I arrived, I was greeted, had my check in confirmed and waited not even 3 minutes before being seen.(This was around 3pm on a Friday and there wasn't any one else in the waiting area at that time) Both nurse and Doctor were very kind, gentle and thorough! It took a total of 15-20 minutes to get some results back for my symptoms. My attending Doctor was Dr. Hohn! She was so sweet, caring and transparent in her conversation with me about my results and the best next steps. Within the 30 minutes post appointment I was able to get my prescription from my pharmacy! Thank you so much for your genuine attention and care!

Fast, courteous service. Beautiful new location. Intake including entering a new patient into the system took 5 mins or less. Knowledge doctor resolved our health concern in one visit. They also gladly helped with scheduling a UH appointment request for a specialist consultation on another matter. Excellent care and convenience. This will be our go to center when quick care is needed. Highly recommended.

I had a very uncomfortable irritation in my eye and they got me in to see a doctor within minutes. Extremely grateful that the doctor had experience with eye care and she diagnosed me very quickly. I feel better already! I’m very happy with the service I received today. Thank you!

ZERO STARS the place literally had roaches in the room, they couldn't give me test results because their computer wasn't working and couldn't give me any answers. a waste of time and money, google could give you a better diagnosis than them 🙄

Came in right before closing and the staff could not have been more accommodating and generous. The nurse practitioner was incredibly thorough and helpful in regard to my injury and was very patient in terms of explaining things to me.
