University Health Care - West Kendall

Poor service. Over the phone they were a mess, I was given an appt time of 9:15am and later asked a series of insurance related questions. After having the receptionist ramble and asked me the same questions multiple times she stated she would schedule me. I stated that she had already given me the appt for 9:15am to which she said oh no sorry that one is not available anymore (clearly because she never booked it to begin with and rambled for 15 minutes) and offered me the only other one left at 12:15pm. Used to long wait times I asked if the doctor was running on time or if I should come in a little later they stated the doctor runs on time and I would be seen at my scheduled appointment time. I called for an appointment and they gave me an appointment until September 1st. I have no medication and the pharmacy won't refill it until the doctor approves it, so I had to go to the clinic to get the approval and they gave me the appointment for September 1st. The simple solution was to call my insurance and switch doctors. Which I did. This place is terrible!!!!!

Probably the worst doctors office known to mankind. Have tried multiple times to stay with them and giving them the benefit of the doubt. But nope, they are incompetent. Front desk staff is untrained and don’t even know basic medical terms, difficult to get though by phone, don’t take the time to send orders to pharmacy electronically, made me pickup prescription in person multiple times, no one speaks English, no regard for wait times…I can go on and on. Stay away!!

They never pick up the phones. We have been calling for 2 days. Please hire someone to answer your phones or at least buy a voice mail recorded. Horrible customer service when it comes to technology. Nice people, but the service straight up is very bad.

This is the worst facility that has ever existed in my life i cannot express the unprofessionalism and the severe HIPPA VIOLATIONS these people have continued to repeat over and over again I have sent emails to the Doctor I have sent emails and verbally spoken with their corporate office I have been affected mentally as well as physically by these people I Believe very strongly that God will prevail and that is why I haven’t hired a lawyer I really pray for these people they should really Close this place down HORRIBLE
